This course made me think about intonation for the first time, so it was challenging, but the expressions were really fun to learn! They were things I would normally say in everyday life or often hear in daily conversations, so all very useful!

It’s starting to stick! The pace and expressions building off each other are so helpful in getting a better understanding of how to respond based on moods and situations.

It’s great to have these basic phrases!

You definitely start to learning more phrases and I found it a little tough; but fun at the same time! Learned very useful phrases that we can use every day!

Expressions 2 has been the most interesting for me so far. It has not been easy, but through Ryan, l look forward to it everyday! I have so much enjoyed uploading videos of myself having a pretend conversation with myself. I laugh and sometimes l cringe at these videos, but also have learnt a lot from them as l can see where l make mistakes of pronouncing and intonation of words. My teacher Ryan has made this a fun experience and l love it.
