Ryan is a great teacher with well organized lessons. Ryan makes Hangul approachable and easy to understand. I tried learning Hangul on my own and couldn’t figure out pronunciation. Ryan explains and demonstrates the movements of the mouth for each letter. He gave detailed descriptions of how the tongue, lips, and breathing fit together to make the correct sound. The organization of the course has built in repetition that helped me really cement what I had learned.

I cannot believe this but I can actually read Korean now. I have taken a lot of different language courses in the past. This is the first time I tried to learn Korean. Trust me it’s completely different script than I’ve ever seen before. I’ve watched Ryan’s TikTok videos and learnt a lot of expressions. But this 33 day challenge is the best format for learning a new language. And he makes sure we are absolutely thorough before we learn the next alphabets. I’m definitely going to recommend this course to my friends interested in learning Korean. ❤️

I was excited to learn conjunctions and numbers. I also enjoyed the explanations of when to use each version of the words we learned.

This is a great curriculum! I loved learning about past, present and future tense. They are really important to know and it feels great saying I know these tenses in the Korean language!
